Returns

Does an article not meet your expectations? Too bad, but that can happen. If you want to return one or more items from your order, this is no problem. Your order can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

> If we have received your return in good condition, it will be processed. The purchase price of the returned items will be refunded to the (bank) account / credit card used when placing the order within 5 working days after receipt of your return. You will receive confirmation of this from us. If you have used post-payment, you will automatically receive a message from Klarna.

> Please note that Buddha Ibiza will only process returns if they are returned in their original condition including labels and packaging. Damaged and/or used items will be refused and returned. These return costs will be charged to the sender.

> Both the costs and the risk of shipping are for your own account in the event of a return. Lost shipments will not be refunded without proof of shipment with track & trace code. Sending letterbox mail is always at the risk of the sender.

> NB! Have you received an item damaged? Please contact us immediately after receiving your order. If this is not reported within two days of receipt, we can unfortunately no longer provide a return guarantee. We do not credit damaged and/or used items.
